RESERVATION
Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.You can make your reservation online by registering to this site.
CHECK-IN
Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals result in a shorter massage session.
ARRIVING LATE
If you are late to your session you are welcome to the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend a session beyond the original appointed time. Regardless of the length of the service given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve a harmonious environment within the spa, mobile phones and electronic devices should be set on silent. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. Furthermore, in an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask guests who are feeling ill (with symptoms attributable to colds, fevers, flu, etc.) to reschedule their appointment to a later date.
Receiving a massage during the onset of illness or toward the end of its progression is not advised. During the early phases, a massage (which promotes blood circulation) can accelerate the infection and intensify its severity. Additionally, if you get a massage after the infection has peaked you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
Guests who are pregnant or those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or any other medical conditions are required to inform our practitioners or spa receptionist. Your safety is important to us and your treatment may require special considerations.
GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift cards are available for purchase for any value amount and can be redeemed for massage services only. And carry no cash value.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel, or we will have to charge you the full price of your services. We can not accept same day cancellations. All canceled appointments should be canceled by phone. We do not accept emails for appointment cancellation.
There is no refund on prepaid appointments.
In the event of a no call/no show, the cost of your FULL SESSION will not be refundable and reschedule.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT
All services are for therapeutic purposes only. Please do not contact Q Thai Massage and Spa if you are seeking any kind of illegal/inappropriate sexual or erotic/sensual services. Sexual advances will not be tolerated at our spa. Any inappropriate behaviors will result in the immediate termination of the services. Clients and staff are not allowed to exchange personal information of any kind with one another. If you have any questions please contact spa directly.
GRATUITY
A gratuity is not included unless otherwise stated. In appreciation of outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion at the front desk (typical range: 15-20%).
Cash gratuity, is welcomed and appreciated by all of our wellness practitioners.
